Why aren’t my transactions updating?


If your transactions aren’t updating daily, please check to make sure that all of your accounts are still connected.

To check which accounts are connected:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under the Connected accounts section, tap Connected accounts.

  3. If there is a red exclamation point next to an account, that means there is an error with the connection. Select it and follow the steps to resolve the error.

You can tap on any connected institution to view a list of all accounts you’ve connected to Stackin’.
