My transactions or account balances don’t look right. How do I fix it?

If your account balance looks incorrect, ensure that you’ve connected all of your financial accounts to Stackin’ and that none of your accounts have disconnected from the app.

To check which accounts are connected:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under the Connected accounts section, tap Connected accounts.

From there, you will be able to view a list of all financial institutions you’ve connected to Stackin’. You can tap on any institution to view a list of all accounts you’ve connected to Stackin’.

If an account that you’ve previously had connected to Stackin’ is disconnected, there will be a red warning icon. To reconnect the account, 

  1. Select the name of the bank you’d like to reconnect.

  2. Tap on Reconnect bank account and follow the prompts to reconnect your account.
