What is money journaling?

UPDATED

Money journaling is a cognitive behavioral therapy method used to gather your thoughts and moods about your money behaviors.

Each day, you’ll have the opportunity to fill out a journal entry about your emotions around your purchases and what happened to make you feel that way.

By documenting your moods as a result of how you use your money, it can help you identify thought patterns and emotional tendencies.
